COVID-19 continues to change how we live and work.  In response to the impact of the coronavirus, we have launched the KACF COVID-19 Community Action Fund to provide immediate and longer-term support to our most vulnerable neighbors.   

In two rounds of grants, we have distributed $160,000 to 13 nonprofit organizations that are providing critical services to low-income Korean/Asian American individuals and families in the following areas:

• Addresses physical and mental health needs
• Provides food security 
• Ensures Korean/Asian American community has access to critical COVID-19 related information in language
• Provides emergency cash assistance to those individuals and families excluded from federal stimulus package
• Addresses racism and xenophobia targeting the Asian American community
