The Philanthropic Network of Washington DC (PNDC) is an community of donors leading efforts to foster a culture of giving among Korean Americans to advance KACF’s mission in the Greater Washington area. Members pool their giving and make collectively invest in local nonprofit organizations addressing economic insecurity in the Korean and wider Asian American communities.

In 2023, KACF awarded its first grants to nonprofits in the Greater Washington area. Three organizations out of the Foundation’s thirty-five current grantee partners have been awarded funding totaling over $100,000 made possible by the leadership and efforts of the PNDC:

- Hamkae Center
- Korean Community Service Center of Greater Washington
